Hi, I'm Dr. Ruma Mian, a board-certified psychiatrist and founder of Texas Triangle Adult Psychiatry. I have a diverse background in helping individuals struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health conditions that may be distressing in my experience as a general psychiatrist.
