I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation. As a therapist, I have a strong passion for working with pregnancy and the postpartum parent. This includes the whole perinatal period, birth, postpartum, infertility, and loss. My name is Dr. Perpetua Ezeh-Aideyan, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, and I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck. Some have tried therapy or medication before; others are reaching out for the first time. What they truly want is to feel like themselves again—to find peace, clarity, and stability. My foundation is TEAM-CBT, an evidence-based approach I'm certified in at the highest level (Level 3 Advanced) through the Feeling Good Institute, and I train regularly with the Beck Institute. It gives our work real structure and proven tools. But symptoms usually rest on something older, and that's where the deeper work happens. I work most with anxiety, perfectionism, conditional self-worth, and the depletion that hides underneath a successful life.

My name is Simone Sertorio; LMHC. My growth as a learner is demonstrated through independent coursework,

certification programs, and applied training experiences. My growth as a collaborator, is reflected in my initiative to become a certified yoga teacher and intentionally integrate wellness-based strategies into clinical practice. My approach is warm, ad tailored to each clients unique experience as I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions safely.

To get to know a little bit about me from outside of the office: I am originally from Brazil and I speak Portuguese; I enjoy wellness practice of yoga for 20 years, and being outside in the nature.

There is something different about talking to someone who actually understands your world. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with identity and how they see themselves, and I offer sessions in both English and Haitian Creole. I bring particular care to clients from Haitian and Caribbean backgrounds and to women navigating the emotional weight of motherhood, loss, and everything in between. With more than 15 years of experience, I have seen what becomes possible when people feel genuinely seen and free to show up exactly as they are.

My path to becoming a mental health provider grew out of a combination of personal experience, professional curiosity, and a deep desire to help others feel empowered in their own lives. Early experiences with trauma shaped the way I understand healing, resilience, and the importance of having support during life’s most overwhelming moments. While challenging, those experiences ultimately planted the seed for what would become my career.

I am deeply interested in the ways people adapt, survive, and make meaning out of hardship. This led me to pursue formal training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, along with a commitment to ongoing continuing education. Over more than a decade of practice, I have supported individuals navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, family violence, grief, and major life transitions.

I am extremely passionate about mental wellness to achieve the best possible quality of life. I often see the correlation of neglecting mental health and the negative effects on ones self care and relationships with others. I have a diverse background in psychiatric mental health to treat acute and chronic concerns with a specialty with womens mental health. As a duel certified FNP and PMHNP, I value the importance of overall mind and body well-being.

Ashlen Moss, M.A. is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida who sees clients virtually. She is passionate about creating a safe place for clients to be honest about life's difficulties. People may feel confused by their behaviors or distressed by their current emotional realities. Ashlen meets them with curiosity, helping them understand what has led them to where they are and where to go next.

Ashlen received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child and Family Studies with a Community Outreach concentration from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. Afterwards, Ashlen received her Master of Arts in Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary – Orlando.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Melanie D’Souza, LMHC with six years of experience helping adults work through depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction. I am also trained in EMDR, an evidenced-based approach that can help process and heal from past experiences that continue to affect the present.

I am a "out of the box" therapist and qualified supervisor. I specialize in difficult cases. If you have been treated in the past and have not realized any appreciable changes or benefits, you may be discouraged and believe therapy doesn't "work".
