Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for something to change? You don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges who want more clarity, balance, and confidence. Together, we’ll untangle what’s been weighing on you and create a path forward that feels realistic and empowering. Therapy can be a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to move toward lasting change—at your own pace.
I'm glad you're here.
Hi, I'm Sandra.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply wondering how to move forward. Whether you're navigating a life transition, grief, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, you don't have to go through it alone.
I believe healing begins when we feel truly heard. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, certified school counselor, and educator, I enjoy helping women, teens, and young adults find hope, healing, and practical tools for life's challenges.
Our first session is simply a conversation. I'll take time to listen, understand your story, and learn what matters most to you. We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you and create goals that fit your unique needs.
Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling heard, hopeful, and with practical tools they can begin using right away. Some have even shared that therapy feels like talking with a trusted friend while also gaining meaningful insight and growth.
If faith is important to you, I'm happy to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into our work together.

I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, self-esteem, guilt and shame, career stress, and major life transitions. Many of the women I work with are capable and successful on the outside but may feel overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside.
I have advanced training in EMDR, an evidence-based approach that can help you process difficult or traumatic experiences that may still be affecting you today. I also use a variety of approaches based on your individual needs, goals, and comfort level.
Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re experiencing, how past experiences and current stressors may be affecting you, and what you need to move forward. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion, and create meaningful change in your life.
