Everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Whether addressing addiction, mood disorders, or other mental health challenges, I strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients by offering comprehensive, integrative care. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you!
I’m a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing psychiatric care for adults in Massachusetts, both in person and via telehealth. I specialize in medication management and psychiatric evaluations for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD/trauma, and bipolar disorder, interpersonal stressors, and overall life changes that make it hard to manage everyday responsibilities.
My work is motivated by my own deep desire to stand by others as they build resilience, claim their right to joy, and (re)discover their sense of curiosity and possibility.
For 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working across systems, communities, and life stages — with adults, families, and individuals navigating complex dynamics, life transitions, and the lasting impact of trauma and inequities. I’ve worked in settings that range from deeply clinical to community-based, and through it all, one truth has remained constant: people are remarkably resilient when given the right space and support.
At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves support and a safe place to explore who they are and what they need. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship as a core driver of change — feeling seen, respected, and meaningful is foundational to healing.
I believe you deserve to feel joy, contentment, and excitement about your life. You deserve healthy, fulfilling relationships and a sense of connection to yourself and others.
I work best with adults who are ready to go deeper — who are motivated to take courageous next steps, explore what may be getting in the way, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I specialize in life transitions, self-esteem and self-worth, resilience-building, and helping people rediscover their joy.
Welcome! My name is Jessica I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I grew up in Massachusetts, and have lived in rural towns as well as cities throughout New England. I am a compassionate therapist who listens to you without judgement. Helping adults who are struggling with life challenges is a priority for me and one that I value and uphold with a respect for each individual client. Thank you for considering me as your therapist.
I am a licensed mental health and school counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in both school and clinical settings. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions. My background in school counseling helps me understand the real-life challenges students and families face day to day. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and look inward to what you truly want and need. It can be difficult to hear your inner voice when many things can get in the way of this— stress and responsibility, painful feelings or experiences, beliefs that are holding you back, fear of change.
While supporting a diverse population of clients throughout the years, it has become clear that there is a strong need to nurture our mental health. For centuries the medical industry has focused largely on physiological concerns. Within recent years, we have come to pay closer attention to the relationship between our physical and emotional well-being.
I'm a therapist, yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher, and somatic bodyworker. I help people restore a mind-body connection to increase resilience, health, and wellbeing. I graduated from Smith College School for Social Work in 2016. I am also a Trauma Release Exercise Provider.
