A bit about my educational journey: Upon Graduating from High School in Oregon, I headed East. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies from Emerson College in Boston where I minored in Psychology. My Masters in Clinical Mental Health came years later from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

My goal is to balance compassion with honest feedback , empowering you to build insight develop effective coping strategies and achieve your personal goals for a successful future.
Meaghan is a solution-oriented, affirming, positive counselor with sharp CBT skills for anxiety issues around obsessive thinking and worry, panic attacks, compulsive behaviors, and general stress. Meaghan can offer both in person sessions or telehealth, or a combination of both!
I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I assist people process and move forward from traumatic experiences, navigate relationship challenges, and life transition ambivalence. I work to guide and assist in building daily goals utilizing mindfulness and intention.
