I earned my bachelor's in Psychology at Smith College and my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rowan University. I believe in tailoring my clients' experience to their likes and needs. I am a wife and mother and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy using creative outlets to help make therapy a fully integrated experience.
I work with adults, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, grief, and difficult life experiences. Whether you're trying to heal from something in your past, feeling overwhelmed by what's happening now, or looking for support for yourself or your child, you don't have to carry everything on your own.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I believe healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore what you're experiencing without judgment, better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build on the strengths you already have. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals impacted by trauma and abuse, as well as parents and caregivers looking for guidance as they support their children.
Therapy doesn't have to be intimidating-it's simply a space to talk, reflect, and grow. If you're ready to start that process, I'm here to help you take the next step. I work with adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, end of life, and relationship issues.
