Hi there — I'm Audra, and I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling and Development, and I've spent my career working with people who are carrying more than they should have to carry alone — anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and all the messy in-between.
I've worked in both school-based and outpatient settings, which means I've supported people from adolescence through adulthood. No matter where you are in life, I've probably sat with someone who felt exactly the way you feel right now.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor experienced in working with adolescents, adults, and families. My specialized training includes substance use, trauma, behavioral concerns, adolescent development, and sexual behavior concerns.
Much of my work has focused on adolescents, including youth involved in the juvenile justice system. I help clients improve emotional regulation, relationships, communication, self-esteem, decision-making, and coping skills.
I believe people are more than a diagnosis, mistake, or difficult season. My approach is supportive, straightforward, and nonjudgmental as we work together toward meaningful, realistic goals.
Hello, I’m Travis, and some days it’s hard to know where to start. Other days, it feels like there’s too much to say. Wherever you are, I’m here to listen. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and gently guided as you work through life’s challenges and move toward greater peace and understanding.
I am licensed in Texas with 9 years of professional experience. I have experience working with military families and children going through reintegration processes, and understanding new family dynamics. I have experience working with children and youth who are facing social, academic, and identity concerns. I have experience working with foster and adopted youth. I have experience in helping adult clients with relationships, family conflicts, parenting, self-esteem, sexuality, and confidence.
Welcome!
Have you been on the search for a compassionate, motivated therapist who is highly attuned with the needs of children and teenagers? Do you feel overwhelmed and in need of additional support with your child's behavioral outbursts and/or school related concerns? Are your teen's mood swings, anxiety, and/or depression becoming increasingly concerning? If this sounds familiar, then I am glad you are here! My specialties as a clinician include children, pre-teens, adolescents ages: 3-17 as well as their caregivers.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, identity exploration, and difficult life transitions. I also have experience working with adolescents and understand the unique emotional, relational, and developmental challenges that can come during those years.
I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely safe, understood, and respected. My goal is to create a space where clients can show up honestly without fear of judgment. I know that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or vulnerable, especially for people who are used to carrying things on their own, and I take seriously the trust it takes to open up to another person.
I am an LGBTQ-affirming clinician and believe deeply in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients can explore their experiences authentically. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s individual story and lived experience.
Much of my work centers around helping people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Whether someone is navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or major life stressors, I aim to help them feel less alone while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most important parts of the healing process. Research consistently shows that a strong connection between therapist and client is one of the strongest predictors of success in therapy. Because of that, I place a high value on building a relationship grounded in trust, honesty, collaboration, and authenticity.
I specialize in supporting clients (Spanish & English) navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and cultural or ethnic identity-related concerns. I am passionate about my profession. I enjoy teaching social work and providing social work services. I believe that social work is a calling and therefore, I am being called to serve.
I obtained a bachelor's in Social Work at Prairie View A & M University and a Masters in Social Work at the University of Houston. I am a native Houstonian, and bilingual (Spanish/English.)
Not all wounds are visible, therapy is a way to heal from within. I provide psychotherapy and holistic support to help address anxiety, anger, addiction, depression, work stress, relationship conflicts or adjusting to the challenges of life. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences without judgment while building the tools needed to create lasting change.
I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. Reaching out for mental health care can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make that first step as comfortable as possible. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, and other mood and stress-related concerns. I understand that every person's experiences are unique, so I take the time to truly listen before creating a treatment plan. My priority is to build a trusting relationship where you feel safe discussing your concerns and confident that we're working toward your goals together.
