I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, helping clients heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.
